Some strategies that i find helpful are paying attention during class, revising and researching at home and trying to be as organized as possible.
I think we should ask when we don't know what to do and pay attention during class and revise our work.We also have to to hand in our homework on time.
We can ask each other for any clarifications
1.Understand how to use the knowledge to solve real-life problems2.Understand the basic concepts3.Pay attention to the details given.
Pay attention during class and ask questions about math problems if you do not understand.
Ask questions if you don't understand and remember what the teacher teachers teach
I think we should be attentive in class at all times,we should ask the teacher or our friends if we need to clarify anything, keep our work tidy so we can revise better and we should also hand in our homework on time.
We should always listen attentively, especially if the teacher repeats the same fact over and over again as there is a high possibility that it will come out in the the exams.
We should take down new shorter ways to solve Maths problems and not be afraid to ask questions.
We should pay attention during lessons and ask when not sure.
identify your weakness and practice more on it
We should listen during class and we could take down notes. We should use shorter methods that we are more familiar with when solving problem sums. We should ask questions if we do not understand something
We should pay attention and take down notes in class.
We should listen to the teacher, not talk unless supposed to and ask questions when necessary.
We could create a mindmap to summarise a topic that is taught in class.
I think we should listen to the teacher, familiarise ourselves with the maths question by doing it again repeatedly until we get it, and maybe we should take down notes and make it into an eBook (C: Mr Yeo) and so that when we are revising, we would not have to search the countless notes for a particular subject and maybe we could publish it and make some profit? :P
Make notesNot just memorise but also understand and know when and how to apply a method.
We should have a quiet environment and always listen to the teacher attentively
For me a strategy that helps me a lot is note-taking. During lessons, just take down any notes that you think are important especially those that the teacher emphasises on a lot. You don't have to write down everything in full sentences. You could just write them in point form so you don't get too distracted with note-taking in class.
Note taking and also re-doing all those questions that you got wrong and focus more on those things that we are weaker in.
We can discuss in groups and when we are at home we can look through the work we have done as a form of revision
I like doing worksheets where all questions require different methods to solve. This way, my mind won't be focused on just a few methods by itself. But will have a wide variety of methods in my mind which will help me in assesments
